Description of problem
Reinstalled Windows 10 to find out, that I can no longer edit the tags of my music files (Im using Musicbee to edit tags). I have a separate HDD for music files. The files have all been edited on my previous Windows install, and it seems that the ownership of the folders/files have stock with the user from my previous windows install: Owners http://ift.tt/2xuGgJu
Whenever I try to edit files that are owned by S-1-5-21-33..... I get accessed denied in MusicBee (running as a portable app from the separate HDD). However, some of my more recent music has been downloaded on my new windows install: Desktop-BMLND3H\ksc. The folders which are owned by the administrator were previously owned by S-1-5-21-33... I used the software TakeOwnershipEx to do this quickly. HOWEVER, even though I'm in the administrator group, I still get the access denied error when I try to edit the files. According to the above screenshot, I should be the owner and thus being able to make changes http://ift.tt/2yb7EQm When I go to the advanced permission settings, I see that my user only has read/execute as rights: http://ift.tt/2xufAIR
So the question is: why is it that I cannot changes files that are owned by Administrators, even though i'm in the Administrator group?

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
Reinstall Windows 10 while having a separate HDD for storing documents, music etc.. I might have had the HDD disconnected while reinstalling Windows 10. I had to do this, because the Windows 10 installer had issues creating partitions on my SSD. This was solved by disconnecting the separate HDD.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
Used TakeOwnershipEx to take ownership of folders and files. Making sure I was in the administrator group. Tried to change the permissions of problematic folders/files by manual, setting my primary user (ksc) manually to full control. This solved the issue of having access denied. But I have 150 music folders, and I am not going through the process of changing the permissions manually for every one of those.
