Hi everyone. The pin in my monitor cord snapped off all of a sudden and is unfixable as far as I am concerned. I ordered a replacement on Amazon that seemed to fit all of the correct numbers on the back of my old one. However, I plugged it in and after 2 minutes of working, it smoked and popped and quit working. I looked more closely on the back, and apparently the Amazon listing was incorrect, and the output of the new one was 2A, while my old one was 3.75A. I can't find a proper replacement anywhere, and this is seriously effecting my work since no monitor and I'm an online student/artist. Here's the info on the back of my old broken adapter. TPV Electronics (Fujian) Model: ADPC1245 Input: 100-240V ` 1.5A 50-60Hz Output: 12Vdc=== 3.75A

I think that's all of the important information? Please, if anyone knows where I can get a replacement, I would be extremely thankful. Tonight I'm gonna go to Office Depot and ask around, but I'm a little nervous they won't have anything, or it'll be like $60 to replace it.
