Description of problem
After turning on the power, the pc turns on and off every few seconds. After troubleshooting, two of the RAM slots are defective - the two slots farthest from the CPU, turns out there were a few bent pins on the motherboard. After failing to repair the two slots, my question is, is it safe to continue to use this motherboard while this problem persists?

I've tried updating the BIOS, repairing the pins (2/3 are perfectly in place, 1 is bent to an 's' shape towards the end, so I bent it higher to ensure contact with the TEST CPU).
