Not sure when this started but my monitor doesn't sleep anymore (backlight stays on). The PC itself will go to sleep just fine. It works fine when I load up a Linux distro so it has to be some kind of setting gone wrong. The thing is, I did a fresh install and have the same issue. Maybe a new driver?
I'm using Windows 10, Asus monitor using DVI, and an R9 280.
