Both problems seemed to happen at the same time. My laptop used to do both these actions. When waking up my laptop from sleep my monitor will not wake up with it and I have to turn it on myself. There are no settings in my Monitor to prevent waking up with the PC, to my knowledge.
Secondly, the windows shortcut Ctrl + Alt + Arrow (which rotates the display) does not work anymore on my computer. Even an OS refresh did not fix this. Is this a windows 10 problem?
All external monitor settings are dealt through Intel Graphics not Nvidia.
I have a Dell XPS 15 9550, Monitor is Dell U2415, Windows 10 updated, with Core i5-6300HQ, Nvidia GTX 960m. I recently did an OS refresh.
