Hello, I custom built a PC two years ago and everything was going great until about February/March of this year when it started randomly hard freezing when playing games. The hard freeze is just that, everything on screen freezes and sometimes a loud noise comes through the headset. There is never a bluescreen and there is nothing in the Event Viewer after any of the crashes. It never crashes outside of playing games.

To combat the problem i've already attempted a few fixes. A fresh Windows reformat and reinstall hasn't helped and changing the PSU and Motherboard has also not helped. I have added some case fans as well in case it was an overheating issue, but it still crashed unfortunately.

MemTest and Chkdsk have both come back with no errors; however I ran a very quick CPU test last night that came back with some interesting results. The results are in this imgur album: http://ift.tt/2zE9wPN At 48 minutes during this test the monitor went dark before coming back, no hard crash. I decided to stop after an hour and saw on the graphs that something had indeed happend during the test. I was doing nothing on the pc at the time and only the test was running. Could this be a sign of the problem?

It has never crashed when browsing the internet only when playing games which is what feels weird. This is why I assumed it was a power issue and changed to a higher wattage power supply, but unfortunately nothing helped so far. If there's anything else I can do (test wise or information wise) please let me know as i've very much ran out of ideas!
