Description of problem
In League I only get around 150-200 FPS (which drops to around 3 FPS randomly while ingame).
Changing resolution or graphics does nothing as far as I can tell.Every single other game I have tried works fine (such as Star Wars Battlefront 2 Beta that ran at Ultra graphics with 60 FPS solid) PUBG, Crusader Kings 2 (older game) and others older or newer.
Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and tried any solution suggested by the Devs themselves that I could find (not that much)

Play the game.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
Reinstalling, changing resolution and graphics, removing certain game files. Not a lot as I only did what I could find from the official devs.
