Out of nowhere, a morning after it worked, my laptop wouldn't take any commands from anything built in (keyboard of the laptop and the mousepad). The only inout that works is a wired mouse plugged in through USB. The keyboard is fine as pressing the power button actually starts and shuts the laptop down, but as soon as I boot windows 10 I can't type anything unless I open the on-screen keyboard and use my external mouse. I think the laptop updated windows over night which might be the cause of the problem. Either way, I don't think it's a hardware problem, but I don't know.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
