I've been trying to fix this computer for more than half a month at this point, I'm almost out of ideas. I'll spare a lot of the details, here is what is happening now.
Computer will freeze up, black screen for a few seconds, and then come back. If you go to reliability history, it is just listed as a "Hardware failure" with a LiveKernel 141 error. I know that error just means that something shut off unexpectedly. This can happen in games or sometimes just at the desktop. It happens randomly, and stress testing the GPU/CPU doesn't proc it.

Just received RMA GPU (same model) yesterday, it worked perfectly all day with no issues, for the first time all month. Now today the problem is back.

Clean installed different drivers multiple times

Windows is completely up to date

Tried a different PSU cable

Probably a million tiny other things that I'm forgetting
Right now the only thing I could possibly see it being is a faulty PSU or a faulty Motherboard. This all started because the RAM went bad (was brand new). Replaced it, no more RAM issues, now this is happening. Temperatures on all hardware is perfectly fine. All the parts below are less than 2 months old
