My computer is very low-end when it comes to Hardware (1GHz AMD processor, 2GB ram, 320GB HD). But all I wanna do with it is watch streams on the HDMI. And even with this simple task, this computer doesn't seem to handle.
It stutters on videos, it takes time to open any different page on the browser, and to respond to the simplest command, like opening a folder.
I have already tried installing a new OS to start fresh, just in case this wasn't a hardware problem. But it seems to be so.
Now the only thing I can think of, is to stop the most services and processes I can. How could I do that?
Also, is there a better solution for this laptop? All I wanna do is watch some games on my TV through the HDMI cable.
