Facevano festini di droga e sesso con minorenni e il luogo scelto per lo sballo era un residence. Ma non uno qualunque: il "Felicioni", una struttura a Roseto degli Abruzzi (Teramo), fronte mare con piscina, che ospita da anni 124 migranti.
Tutti richiedenti asilo. A finire in manette sono stati cinque albanesi a conclusione di una lunga indagine partita lo scorso aprile con l' arresto di uno di loro, trovato in possesso di 40 grammi di cocaina.
I Carabinieri della compagnia di Giulianova hanno intuito che dietro quello spacciatore poteva esserci un giro più ampio e - utilizzando sia i classici strumenti di pedinamento e appostamento, ma anche quelli tecnologici di intercettazioni telefoniche, ambientali e filmati - hanno scoperto che dietro quel ragazzo albanese c' era un gruppetto composto da altri connazionali.
Una vera e propria gang della quale facevano parte Alban Guga (23 anni) e Bruno Xhaysa (28 anni), entrambi residenti a Roseto, più Gezim Papa (29 anni), Victor Gjeci (23 anni) e Bledar Laci (29 anni), residenti a Rutigliano (Bari), tutti pluripregiudicati.
MIGRANTI RESIDENCE FELICIONII cinque avevano organizzato un giro si spaccio di cocaina e marijuana tra Roseto e dintorni e spesso gli incontri con gli acquirenti (decine e decine di giovani anche minorenni, tutti ripresi dai carabinieri con foto e video) avvenivano proprio all' interno del "Residenze Felicioni", dove gli indagati prenotavano le camere e organizzavano dei veri festini a base di droghe e sesso: in alcuni casi le ragazze che partecipavano agli incontri, non avendo soldi, pagavano cocaina e marijuana con prestazioni sessuali.
Le accuse per i cinque albanesi sono di spaccio di stupefacenti aggravato dalla minore età dei destinatari (per i due albanesi residenti a Roseto) e spaccio ed estorsione aggravata (per i tre albanesi residenti a Puglia).
E l' assurdo è che le presunte vittime di estorsione sarebbero proprio i due albanesi residenti a Roseto, che dai tre connazionali residenti in Puglia avevano acquistato a credito 200 grammi di cocaina (dal valore di circa 10mila euro) senza poi pagarli: da qui erano partite diverse spedizioni punitive per recuperare i soldi seguite da minacce di morte, tanto che i due albanesi di Roseto avevano denunciato gli altri tre connazionali.
Denuncia successivamente ritirata, però, presumibilmente dopo un accordo tra loro, visto che i tre connazionali nel frattempo si erano stabiliti a Roseto per condurre insieme gli affari.
