I noticed my C drive was constantly getting filled with stuff. I would free up space, and within a few weeks it would be gone. I ran disk cleanup periodically, and deleted old games and stuff as I needed to. But today I ran disc cleanup and it said it could only free up 25MB. So I ran windirstat to see what was taking up all the space, and the results were.... surprising, I guess?

The big blue chunk on the left is roughly 50gb of temporary files (cab_xxxx_x) that disk cleanup was ignoring for some reason. Each file is around 127MB, but for some reason disk cleanup wouldn't find them so they just kept building up.
The turquoise chunk next to it is all CBS files in the windows/logs/cbs location. Can I delete all of those too? Maybe save the most recent one?

So my main questions are - can I just manually delete all of these? If so, what is the best way to do so? My laptop has this asus secure delete program that I have used before but I don't really know what it's deal is and its slow as hell. It should free up about 75GB of stuff, so I just wanna make sure I do it correctly and effectively. I have found some good advice on google, but I thought it was weird that disk cleanup didn't erase all those cab_xxxx files.
This is on an old laptop, windows 7 64 bit home premium. Its an ASUS U46E, i5 processor, 8GB ram etc. Sorry if I missed anything or sound like an idiot, this is not my area of expertise lol any and all advice is appreciated.
