Now, here is the funny part, the cooling fan is in fact working. I can hear it like normal. I am just confused on how to fix it though. I am not sure what is causing it either.

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
restart the laptop, shut down the laptop.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
read the documents on how to fix it, updated drivers and cleaned out the vents. They do state removing the case and cleaning the cooling fan, but this laptop is not that easy to remove the case to get to the cooling fan.
