I've looked up solutions on Google and people have solved this problem by disconnecting the connection between the front panel USB ports and the motherboard ( which didn't work for me) or they would disconnect all USB devices from the tower and restart the PC and plugging in a device one-by-one until its fixed. Another solution was to check the USB ports to see if any of the pins were bent or broken, but I think all my pins are okay, though I may be wrong.
I am just wondering if there is anything I can do. My friends have told me that it may be a virus and I have to wipe my hard drive or it may be a motherboard problem and I may have to get a new motherboard. Thanks for the help.
Edit: So I left my computer alone for a little while and when I turned it on, it turned on just like normal and works perfectly. Now I’m just worried about if I turn it off it won’t work again.
