Description of problem
When I play a game that uses my GPU, the GPU usage is never consistent and always spiking. The game that I've been playing the most recently is simply Modern Warfare 2, however frame drops always occurred and I found out my GPU usage was the problem. My CPU usage doesn't seem like it's causing any problems, but I'm still concerned about the small drops as well.Any help would be great.

Simply play a game.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
Update drivers, check if cpu was parked, changed from optimal power to maximum performance on NVIDIA control pane, playing on high performance battery setting.
