Description of problem (Ps. I am not a computer expert nor english so have mercy and thank you for your time) A week ago I had to force the computer to turn off after a crash with a game(The screen was freze but still the keyboard and everything work). After, when I turn on the the computer,the computer's fans(every one) start to run to the max speed and they dont slow down after. I used alienware thermal controls and the fans from 100% slow down to 55% but they will not go down further like always. However it's the same story for every time I try to turn on or off the pc from now on.

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue 1)close a game,the screen freeze at game menu. 2)force to turn off the computer 3)fans start to spin at max and never stop at the next start of the computer
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue 1)I tried reset BIOS settings(didn't work) 2)tried to check if the fans were stuck by dirt or wire(didn't work) 3)tried to turn off the power for a night and start the next morning(didn' work) 4)tried to update everthing(didn't work) 5)Used Alienware thermal control(work but fans stuck at 55%) 6)tried to make a clean install of windows 7 and then 10 (IT WORKED, but then again one week later with a crash , I am still here...)
I have no more idea what it could be, tried to read something on internet... but nothing worked yet so far...
