Hi guys , I’m not sure if this is the right place but I know you guys could
My sister’s Facebook account was hacked and an some ads were charged with her credit card. Then her email account registered multiple attempts to enter her account. I already instructed her to change her passwords, talk to the bank and block her related credit card , but I’m not really sure how she got into this, I’m guessing a key logger virus in her computer or some other computer. I told her not to do anything on those computers before checking everything for virus.
Do you have any recommendations regarding similar issues ? What would you suggest in similar cases ?
