Hi everyone. I have been dealing with this problem for about a week now. Essentially both of my monitors will randomly lose signal and the signal won't return until I hard reset my PC by holding down the power button. It can happen after using it for 20 minutes or 8 hours, while playing games or browsing the internet and listening to music.

Fixes I have tried:
-
swapping display cables for each monitor and testing each one individually
-
power cycling each monitor by unplugging their power cords, and also plugging each one into the wall and not my surge protector
-
switching the PCIx16 slot that my gpu ia connected to on my motherboard
-
testing my gpu on another system (if this is a gpu problem, i might have not tested it for long enough to trigger the issue)
-
plugging in the display cable to the onboard graphics (this didnt trigger the issue either, but it could be because I didnt test it for long enough)
-
I even reinstalled windows 10 from scratch with the fresh install option thinking it may have been a problem with the OS!

I have tested 4 different nvidia drivers over the past week
