Just purchased an open box dell XPS 13 from best buy. Didn't do any testing in store because well it didn't come with a charge cord. But worse case I can return it for a full refund (but it was such a good deal I really don't want to).
I can not get it to go past the initial start up (language, date, configurations and networks) as soon as I go through the options and hit next the computer restarts and goes back to the first screen. Haven't tried taking the battery out because I can't manage to get the back cover off..
