Hi
So long story short i made a stupid mistake and installed a game onto my second SSD my D drive and instead of putting it into my folder i put it right into /D.
Then when i uninstalled and it asked the usual do you want to deleted everything in it's folder i pressed yes not thinking i was stupid enough to install it into just D.
So i lost every game on steam and the main one is league of legends.
I've since installed some games back onto my D drive and some new ones and im having no issues until i try to install league of legends.
My thinking is that because everything was just deleted not uninstalled i have some kind of conflict when trying to re download the game.
Installing the client is okay but when i open the game and it starts to download the big patches it gets to about 24% and then my pc will start to take about 5 - 10 seconds to respond. Then when it gets to 27% installed i can't click any programs and if i leave the LOL client in the foreground it will still play animations and show the loading bar but never goes up (left it for 2 hours at one time).
Then i can either bring up task manager that takes a good 10 minutes and then wait another 10 to close the task. Or just reboot.
This only seems to be happening with LOL.
Is there some way i can see if i've left hidden files or something on my second drive that would be causing this.
