Honestly I'd be surprised if anyone could figure this one out.
The issue
User reports CTRL+P no longer prints from any application, also CTRL+arrow keys no longer moves the cursor within text.
We tried...
Rebooting, changed the keyboard, no change. We use the on screen keyboard which also doesn't work. Also unable to press the keys from any of our remote software. Tried in multiple programs such as word / notepad.
First fix
I installed a bunch of updates, and the problem went away straight away after the updates were installed. User comes in this morning confirming that it works now.
Then...
User calls us, CTRL+P now pastes instead of opening the print dialogue box.
Any ideas to what could be causing this? There are no keyboard softwares installed.
