Description of problem

Computer suddenly freezes, only option is a hard reset by holding the power button. Three times the PC has resumed after ~5 seconds, but every other time I must hard reset. I've tried leaving it for 5 minutes and it doesn't unfreeze. Today the PC automatically shut down shortly after freezing for the first time, and after rebooting the PC it shutdown again so I left it for 1 few minutes, then it turned on as normal. Sometimes I can go multiple days without freezing, and sometimes it happens 2 to 3 times a day.Around 4 weeks ago I moved my PC from the lounge into my bedroom, and a week later the problems started. It was moved by sliding on cardboard and was not lifted or have any hard bumps. It is in the same position under the desk and not pressed up against the wall, including the back side which is open to the room. I have usually have a window and door open for ventillation. The inside have a little bit of dust on the fans, but it's nothing major because I use an air can.

Yesterday I had a feeling it might be issues with heating and cooling, but I'm not sure sure on what the average component heat or fan RPM is meant to be. I download Open Hardware Monitor but I'm not sure if the numbers are fine or bad. Heres what it gave me, taken a few minutes after rebooting my PC after the above mentioned automatic shutdown and 3 minutes of cooling the back of the PC with a fan.

I also have a problem with my Kingston HyperX Cloud II disconnecting randomly and needing to be replugged, but I'll leave that for another time unless it could be relevant.

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue

The freezing first started when I bought and played Playerunknowns Battlegrounds. There's no real pattern, sometimes it freezes after 10 minutes in a cold room, sometimes I can play for over an hour in a room hot enough to go shirtless with no issues, swapping to fullscreen seemed to help. It also froze when playing Byond SS13, having 3 Chrome browsers open with a intensive game each, and while watching a movie on MPV. I noticed Chrome was the issue with all of these and closing Chrome while doing all of these tasks actually seemed to help, especially with SS13 where I played for over an hour with no issues, and then 10 minutes after opening chrome I froze.

Oddly I can play more intensive games like Shadows of War and Dying Light with 0 issues, these games never seem to cause freezing even when I tab out to use Chrome for 10 minutes with the game running, but sometimes Chrome and a video player cause a freeze.

Update Edit: Shadow of War worked earlier today with no issues, but I just tried Dying Light now and after half an hour of playing it froze on me, and I got this Open Hardware Monitor reading of it, taken 2 minutes after the freeze without any cooling done. The back of the PC was quite hot to the touch.

What I've tried so far to resolve the issue

Playing games in fullscreen, and closing google chrome/unneeded proccesses whenever I'm playing an intensive game. Making sure my room is at an average temperature and since yesterday tried using a fan on the back of the PC, but I haven't had a chance to see if it works since my only freeze since then was Chrome on it's own.

Using CCleaner and clearing unneeded programs/files to clear up space.

I've tried googling a few things but I have no idea what to do because I'm not sure what it is. Windows 10 problem? Heating problem? A minor bump caused a hardware problem? Chrome problem? Any help at all would be appreciated.
