The Philippine Boys Under-19 National Team begin their campaign in the AFC Under-19 Championship 2018 Qualifiers starting Tuesday 24 October 2017 at the National Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The team left for Cambodia last Sunday 22 October and are in Group G along with host Cambodia, China PR, and Myanmar.


The qualifiers will be from 24 to 28 October 2017. The group winners, along with the five best second-placed teams will advance to the final round which will be held in Indonesia on October 2018.

The PHI U19 team is composed of 16 players that were selected for the AFF U18 Championship 2017 in Yangon, Myanmar and 8 other players who were selected after tryouts. The team had training sessions at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Manila.
The PHI U19 team is led by head coach Jose Maria Aberasturi and assisted by coaches Marlon Piñero, Florante Altivo, and goalkeeper coach Anthony Albao.
