Just built and set up a system a few weeks ago. Dual monitor 144hz (working fine) and 60hz (problem) monitors. I play videos on the 60hz, and I don't know why, but the video skips frames at 60fps. If i check the video stats on twitch it says that the video is running at 58fps, but if i do an FPS test on that monitor, it says it's running 60fps. Don't really know what to do about this (which is why I'm here). I have a DP cable from my 144hz to my gpu and a DVI from my 60hz to my gpu.
I'm taking any suggestions/solutions! Thank you!
TLDR: Can't get 60fps videos to play on 60hz monitor through DVI cable.

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core
Mobo: ASRock - -AB350 Pro4 ATX Am4
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (Should be able to handle this)
Monitor 1: AOC G2460FQ (144hz)
Monitor 2: Acer G226HQL BBD (60hz) (Problem)
